Refund policy
Cohee Wellness Co. is operated by COHEE EDWARDS VALLEY SUPPLY LLC. Unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging. Contact support@coheevalley.shop before sending any return.
Routine-Goods Specific Returns
- Unused, unwashed, and unscented routine goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Used mats, washed fabric items, stained blankets, opened tea samplers, and drinkware with use marks are not returnable.
- Glass or ceramic breakage must be reported within 7 days with photos of the item and packaging.
- Missing package contents should be reported with a photo of the packing slip and everything received.
1. Processing Your Return
If your return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you will not pay anything: we arrange the replacement or refund at no cost to you, and you will not be asked to cover return postage. For all other returns (for example, an unused item you no longer want), return shipping is paid by the customer and we do not provide prepaid return labels.
2. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, contact support@coheevalley.shop to arrange a return under the policy above; once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
3. Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
